This is my first time on the The Vacation Club website.
How do I login?
Begin by clicking on Activate Now located on the top right hand side of the screen. The next screen will prompt you to enter your Membership ID number and your Zip Code. Once you have entered your information select Activate. A final screen will appear called My Profile. Please make sure all of the required fields listed in red are filled in and choose a password for the website. In the future when you log onto the website you will just need to enter your user name and the password you had assigned yourself. I am a new member and the Create Profile section does not recognize my Member ID number or Zip Code.

I have already created my online profile, however, I cannot remember my password.
Please click on the login assistance link below the login area located at the top right hand corner of the The Vacation Club homepage. You will be prompted to enter in your email address that was used to create your online profile. Your password will then be promptly emailed to you.
My email address has changed. How do I login to the website?
Log onto the website using your user name and password. Once you are logged in, you can visit the My Profile section under the My Account navigation bar. This option will allow you to change and update your account information.
I am entering my correct user name and password and I receive an error stating that my username or password is invalid.

How do family members and friends use the The Vacation Club website?
The primary member on the account can either allow family members and friends access to their personal login information or give them access to create their own online profiles.
